SHIPPING OPTIONS

As I am sure you will understand, it will take time to add shipping prices to all our stock items.  There are vastly different costs incurred when shipping a pip pin to Bolton and a Hang Glider to Indonesia!  Feel free to contact me before ordering if you want a firm quotation for the cost of shipping.

For small items delivered within the UK I normally use the Post Office, which is reliable and competitive.  Larger items are better sent with a courier, and I normally use UPS, Parcelforce or DPD.  I select whichever courier offers the best combination of service and price, which usually rules out the cheaper couriers, who tend to be unreliable.

Stock items can usually be on the way to you withing one working day, but recent experience shows that with lockdowns and changes to the way companies are operating, we cannot quote reliable delivery times.  Presumably this will change if and when things go back to normal.
