The Revolution 1 is DHV certified to a maximum load of 100kg, at which it should provide a descent rate of between 4.9 and 5.4m/s. It has an accelerated deployment system, and weigh just 1.82kg. For what it is worth, this is the reserve Simon has installed in his own paragliding harness, and in August 2006 it probably saved his life in a real-life emergency.
