Finding Turfhouse
Vistors are welcome during our office hours of 9.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. It is always best to call before you set off - just in case we are going flying! Weekend visits can also be arranged, but Turfhouse is a family home, so please don't arrive at weekends without having made an appointment.
You can get a good map from Multimap. Simply type in EX14 4SA.
Alternatively, find your way to Upottery, a few miles North East of Honiton, Devon. There is a big pub, the Sidmouth Arms, in the middle of the village. It is on the right hand side, and just 50yds past the pub you must turn on to a little lane signposted "Hemyock". Stay on that lane for two miles, where it ends in a T-junction. Turn left here, then immediately right. This is the top of our drive. There is a sign saying "Matthayes", and 200 yards down the drive you will see a sign on the right for Turfhouse. Turn right, continue down the hill, and you are there! It is well worth the effort but remember, if you are in a hurry, don't go to Luppitt!
